| Two
research partners supported the project:
Transport for London (TfL)
is part of the Greater London Authority family, reporting to the
Mayor of London. It works to provide a safe, efficient, integrated,
accessible and affordable transport system and is responsible for
managing, providing, regulating and procuring a range of transport
services and facilities.
Reid Architecture
offers design services in architecture, town planning, landscape
and interior design. Wide-ranging commissions are from commercial,
institutional, government and private clients. Established in 1979,
the practice has offices in the UK, Spain, the Middle East, Australia
and Malaysia, and employs more than 400 staff worldwide.
Both partners were enthusiastic about
the making of a video documentary as a way to generate a better
understanding of people’s experiences and concerns in relation
to public transport.
